The HeadStuff Shop is operated by Podcasts and Stuff Ltd. in Dublin, Ireland.

Shipping

We ship through standard post to Ireland, the UK, the EU and North America. We ship products within 24 hours of order and while shipping times can vary you can expect your package in 2-3 working days for Ireland, 4-7 working days in the UK, 5-8 working days for the EU and 2 to 3 weeks for North American orders.

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Dublin, Ireland will have a tracking number which you will be sent to you when we dispatch the order.

Returns

Need to return something to us?

If you need to return a product to us, contact our friendly team, who will be happy to advise you how best to proceed.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.


Damaged goods

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 21 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.
